    Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.

    Waist
    Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above your belly button. Keep the tape comfortably snug, but don't pull it tight.

    Hips
    Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, ensuring the tape stays level all the way around.
